Add three new articles to 03-opensource/dev-tools/: - tmux: persistent terminal sessions, background jobs, capture-pane - screen: lightweight alternative, comparison table - rsync: flags reference, resumable transfers, SSH usage Update all indexes (SUMMARY, section index, main index, README).
